If there is one thing I enjoy it's helping people to achieve what they want out of life , this group of lads always push themselves and work hard I love seeing them get stronger and more confident in the weight room it gives me a great buzz watching them improve. The leg extension has always been a bit of a challenge for me but after weeks of forcing myself to do this exercise I'm actually getting somewhere this is what I managed today on this machineโœŒ๐Ÿผ:
2 sets at 18kg for 15 reps (warm up)
3 sets at 25kg for 15 reps
2 sets at 32kg for 15 reps
2 sets at 45kg for 5 reps (PB)
In between each set I did 15 squats.

So many people struggle with the concept of comp prep and all that goes with it.
Many people think this side of fitness, is somewhat strange or even abnormal.

It would be wrong to say it's easy, enjoyable and very natural.
