So many people struggle with the concept of comp prep and all that goes with it.
Many people think this side of fitness, is somewhat strange or even abnormal.
It would be wrong to say it's easy, enjoyable and very natural.
However, when you look past the diet, strict schedule and gym time. You see it's just a normal person, who is determined and willing to sacrifice things, to better themselves and achieve their goals.
