UPPER CHEST TIP🔑

Hitting them upper pecs with supinated cable front raises. I like to do them seated and alternated and to finish off with both hands simultaneously to do forced reps. I like to stay between 12-15 reps and trying my best to use as much of my chest as possible rather than my front delts although it's inevitable.

If you have good shoulder mobility stretch a tiny bit behind your torso and squeeze at the top to feel the mind to muscle connection. I use 5kg every time and if it's too easy I just slow down the movement to get more time under tension on the chest.

We all want a wide back, but it's important not to forget that the thickness of your back is extremely important as well👊👊 The way you build a thick back is by doing hella rows. I like to hit every angle possible, so every back workout I do bent over barbell rows, cable rows and bent over long bar row as shown.
It's extremely important to keep your chest high and pull your elbows behind your body for full range of motion 🔑
