Barbell Basics Day 19

There are lots of super fun ways to drill the handstand position and the inverted hollow variation is one of our favorites! Developing a beautifully stacked line from toes to wrists carries over in a HUGE way to all overhead movements with an external load.
.
To execute a handstand with amazing positioning one must develop a certain level of body awareness, core and trunk strength, range of motion and stability throughout the shoulder and thoracic, and more, all of which are needed to perform overhead movements safely with proper form, technique, and positioning.

Your challenge today is to accumulate 3-5 min in either level 1, 2, or 3 of the inverted hollow position aiming for the most awesomest position possible! Have fun!!
