Die Zielsetzung muss jetzt klar sein bis ~09.18 systematisch weiter auf 99kg hochzugehen und dann von Mitte/Ende 09.18 bis Ende 12.18 bzw. Beginn 01.19 auf die 100kg zu gehen.
Klar, wird womöglich auch erstmal der Peak meiner Fettleibigkeit sein in dieser Phase der Offseason. Nichtsdestotrotz sollte ich nicht wirklich fetter sein als 2015 mit 95kg +/- 📈
Wat dat heißt izz klar 💁🏻‍♂️🤪
Derzeit steht noch der Plan 2019 in die Schlacht zu ziehen. Ich hoffe ich bleibe am Ende etwas über 85kg hängen. Da ich nie deutlich über 10kg (max 13kg) zum WK Gewicht verlieren musste, bin ich guter Dinge.

For an effective lat pulldown⬇️

Brace your ABS hard throughout✅

We went for minimal lean back however this does depend on the mobility in your shoulders, those that are less mobile will need to lean back more✅
.
The movement should come mainly from the shoulder blades, you can see at the top Becca begins slightly retracting and depressing her shoulder blades, this will allow her to fully engage her lats✅
.
We worked on pinching the bottom of the shoulder blades as return to the starting position...this again allows us to engage the lats throughout each rep, maintaining maximum tension✅
.

Wide grip lat pulldown 4 x 8-10

Close grip seated rows 2 x 15-20
