Even though we had the boys today we made it work, sick with a cough, feeling like shit and not feeling 💯. We only had the room for 40minutes today before class started so quick workout was Mountain climbers, sit ups(with 5kg plates), squat the lunge both legs(with 5kg plates), press ups, Russian twist(with 5kg plates), tap you foots things idk what that workout is😂, finishing with squat pulses. 3sets of 20,15 then 10... #tryingtobefit #gymmotivation #feelinggood #wairuapai #strongmindstrongbody #notpros
