All fun and games at this weekends meet. I went 8/9 and hit PRs in all three lifts.
Squat- 469 lbs/212.5 kgs
Bench -309 lbs/140 kgs
Deadlift- 524 lbs/ 237.5 kgs
Total- 1300lbs/ 590 kgs
I learned so much this weekend like TAKE IT EASY ON THE CAFFEINE. I learned that my support system is stronger than my total 😂 I learned I can make some good calls myself amirite @_weaponx_ 😏Excited for the next meet though, working on getting this total up and qualifying for nationals. That’s my goal for the next few months. Thank you to all that came out to support me. Especially my mom who. flew from Florida to watch me do what I love. Thank you to @vanesssssa_paige for dealing with me day to day when I’m too tired to be fun and spend most of my free time at the gym for this. HUGE shoutout to my coach @kylepower. This guy tells me how it’s all me and he just crunches numbers into an excel sheet but honestly we all know it’s more than that. This guy seriously is a genius, from the programming to the calls he makes at the meet. None of this would be possible without your help and we are up and coming in the 93s. So thank you x10000
