Some real life wiggle & jiggle, lumps & bumps for y'all 🙋🏼 I have seen so many workout videos of Instagram godesses in their bikinis & not one bit or their body moves when they jump, squat or speak. I mean that's sensational & I admire the hellll outta them because over here I've got all kindsa wobbling happening & that direct sunlight is showing you errry little dimple 🌴🐚 I played around with a simple little towel workout today that anyone right from beginners who've never stepped foot in a gym can do, all the way up to ma gym bunny queens. Perfect for when you're on holiday & want to get sweaty 💦 • Single leg RDL x 10 on each leg
• Reverse lunge x 10 on each leg
• Overhead squat x 15
• Tried to do a pistol squat but basically fell into the pool every time (work in progress)
• Jump squat into a towel slam (get angry & slammmm it) x 15
• Breath & stretchhhhhh for 1 minute

Almost 29wks!!! 🙉🙊 (sorry about the loo selfie) but I'm still trying my hardest to train despite not a single muscle to be seen 😂😂😂.
My joints are loosening up so back to lifting baby weights but the count down is almost on!!! Yewwwww 👯

When coach tells you, you have "5x1km on the 90sec..." 😳😳😳🙄... So I admit, this for me is probably the worst session in the world 🙄😂... this, and Mile reps are probably on par! Having come from a 100/200/400 background, where reps were never further than 300m ... it's been a big adjustment to shift to longer distances!

What I've found is that the more often I do it, the less I hate it... and not just because I'm improving (because it NEVER gets easier) but at a certain point you start to enjoy this kind of pain! Not to mention the mini triumph I feel after getting it done... because half the battle is with the mind! Slowly weaknesses become strengths... (I'm definitely not there yet!!) but at least I'm not afraid to take the hard road! 💪🏼 #MindOverMatter 😁

Midweek motivation. ✊🏼🔥😘🏋🏼‍♀️💁🏼

I can't believe I'm sharing this 🙈🙈5.5 weeks ago I turned up to a class with Sarah @leajohnsongklr B3 ... I decided to continue with some PT sessions with Lea ... bear in mind in this time I had a week in Cornwall eating scones and she too had a week off away from me 😂 she pushed me to my limits and this week has broken me... lol however I pledged if I dropped the few pounds I wanted to and felt fit I would share with you guys.... I don't "check in" on fb when in the gym and I hate my "pe Kit" I have swore at her, scowled at her contemplated punching her instead of the bag, but she kept pushing and her resting bitch face aside I think she is ace! Lol 😂 (I'll regret that.... last session today) I won't ever be a "gym bunny" but I have loved using a bar bell, learning dead lifts and being let loose with a sledge hammer. Every session was different.... I am a credit where credit due kind of girl so thank you Lea... although after today you can F@ck off for a bit while I relax in the sun xx #nofilter #gyminspo #barbells

I've cut down on dairy and meat (I only eat meat when I dine out or cook for friends)

Idag testade Linda en ny övning: "deficit deadlift" dvs. marklyft från en liten upphöjning. Eftersom hon tränade själv så filmade hon för att kolla tekniken och som ni ser var det lite knepigt att få till, knäna envisades med att hamna i vägen. Den här sortens marklyft är bra för att en får arbeta i en lite längre rörelsebana och för att bättra på själva början av lyftet. Linda har haft problem med just marklyft pga gnällig rygg så passar på nu i off-offseason att försöka förbättra problemområdena. #deficitdeadlift #marklyft #offseason #teknikträning #gyminspo #träningsinspiration

The days that you don't want to workout are the days you should push yourself to go the most. I've been grinding the second part of summer, after a very lazy month of June and half of July. I got to the gym this morning and I am finally back to my normal healthy weight and I am PUMPED. It's okay to stumble sometimes, as long as you get back at it.
