These upper body exercises are traps for bad form... unlike compound movements (any exercise that engages multiple muscles, like a deadlift, weighted squat) the less parts of your body you move, THE BETTER!
Isolate that muscle working, concentrate on it, so hard, harder than you ever worked on any of your A levels 🕵🏼♀️🕵🏼 Once you make that connection between your mind & muscle your training will be taken to the NEXT LEVEL 🔐
