At my meet last month, I deadlifted 2.49 times my bodyweight. . I'm going to make missing 2.5 by the smallest possible margin the greatest thing that ever happened to me. . 330 single preceded and followed by a whole lot of other work.
I wore the appropriate shirt for today’s workout 💁🏼♀️(my hair was in a braid.) Coming back from an injury sucks, but I’ll get back to where I was when I’m all the way healed. Still learning what I can and can’t do, but I’ll be aight 🙃#gymhairdontcare#anytimefitness
