PHYSIQUE UPDATE: I took progress pictures because I’m officially starting prep this week.
Weight difference here is 12 lbs. I do miss having abs but I’ve enjoyed not being so strict on my diet. I took about a month off of the gym which was a good and bad thing... I got a little lost but then re-motivated because I realized its a huge part of me and what makes me happy😃
Point I want to make here is... Fitness is HARD! Once you are in shape, you can’t just effortlessly stay there. It takes constant work and effort, but it’s well worth it! I’m not afraid of hard work or challenges, they actually fuel me and I work best under pressure. So don’t be afraid to get out of your comfort zone, set high goals, challenge yourself, and DON’T STOP working until you achieve them!!! #MotivationMonday
