Hump day and the feelings are strong 💪🏼🍑

As it is #flexfriday, so it would be appropriate to flex and pose 💪🏽 •
Weak points💢everyone's got that one weak point that they wish it would freaking grow e.g. Calves. 😩But for me ,it's my upper chest, it is one of the body part that needs more attention on, and it is tricky to train your upper chest or weak points in general. •
So how do tackle weak points?
Mind muscle connection, the better the mind muscle connection, you will get more quality reps and set in a workout to train that muscle.🌚⚡️💪🏽

Contraction over weight, focus on getting that contraction over whatever weight your ego is lifting. Some dude asked me to support him when he was benching 90kg. As he was performing his set, the bar was like a life time away from his chest, he did 3 reps with my assistance. When I recommended him to drop the weight, he insisted that he could lift 3 reps clean🤷🏽‍♂️ I was like 'bruh!?' 😅

Consistency, when you want to tackle weak points, you have to train it more often and consistently. If you train your chest once a week but it's your weak point. How is it gonna grow? 🤔 you will have to pay more attention on growing your chest right? So tackle your weak points at least 2 times a week and max 3 😊

Ingenting händer över en natt, inget kommer gratis.
Jag har spenderat väldigt många timmar på gymmet, gjort många matlådor. Ljuger om jag säger att de varit lätt. För de har de verkligen inte varit.
Fått mina perioder där jag inte har ätit nyttigt alls.
Tänker inte sluta äta godis eller lite fetare mat.
Allt handlar om balans. Jag äter hälsosamt och bra på veckodagarna medans jag på lördagar äter de jag vill. Vare suget säger pizza, godis eller sallad.

Idag vart de små spagetti armarna som fick jobba. Va inte motiverad för 5 öre att träna idag men väl där blev de ändå ett bra pass. Vart lätta men många reps så dom fick bli riktigt trötta.
