Hey all!! My day today has consisted of a 4 Mile steady run this morning, it felt good to get out.. and then it was leg day today so I’ve done a good few leg exercises with weights.. .
My lunch is a salad, in it I have shredded pork, lettuce leaves, mango, avocado, peppers and cucumber.. .
How you doing?!! And also for all runners how you finding it this time of year?! I love running when it’s cooler I just don’t like it being so dark. My issue is that I don’t want to get out so kicking my butt to move is my issue.. 🤣🤣 still I found once I went it was super lovely to enjoy the fresh air and hey it was nice and quiet too.. 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
