I have missed the gym soooooo much, and i didn't even realise! A (wonderful) week away of eating junk, drinking alcohol and no pole or gym has added a little layer of squish over what had become (for the first time in my life) a fairly lean physique.
So it does feel great to be back to clean eating and exercise again this week! Ps. If I ever have a cloud over my head, please remind me to get my arse to the gym 🤣
