So I tweaked my back... AGAIN 😒 but it’s getting better already. I’m still gonna have to force myself not to deadlift for another month or so 🤢🤢 to be 100% sure I’m good to start lifting like that again 😭 (and please ignore my awful hair line lighting pls thx)

I can without a doubt say that I’ve never struggled to fit workouts into my schedule like I do now. How am I handling this u may ask???lol
▪️if I do have time- I make my workouts harder and longer.
▪️if I don’t have much time- I basically make my workouts circuits and give myself little to no breaks between exercises. So that I can be in and out
▪️I’ll probably be just a LITTLE more careful about my eating habits
▪️if I don’t have any time at all- I try not stress it bc missing a workout or two a week won’t hurt meee or my progress.
At the end of the day, I weight train because it makes me feel better mentally and physically.
▪️its all about making it work. No one “doesn’t have time.”

▪️smith machine rows 4x6-7
▪️single arm dumbbell rows 3x8-10 each arm
▪️wide grip lat Pulldown 3x7-8
▪️standing rope lat 3x7-8 this exercise is easy not to feel if your not performing correctly. Make sure your elbows have a slight bend and your arms don’t move as you bring the rope in front of you.

So I had to cut this down to fit the stupid 60 sec Instagram feed but anyway this is a modified version of a similar exercise I’ve been doing... start with the heavy dumbbells and saved the fly’s for the end and dropped the weight... 5 sets of this and damn it felt good!
