Mi rutina de abdominales!
Vivo en una relación de amor y odio con mis abdominales. Odio ejercitarlos, pero es genial cuando se ven! No pierdas el tiempo haciendo cientos de repeticiones, tienes que tratarlos como si fuera cualquier otro musculo. Entrénalos de manera frecuente, con diferentes cargas y diferentes ejercicios. Recuerda, si quieres que sea vea tu six pack combina una buena dieta y sesiones de cardio con tu entrenamiento para bajar los niveles de grasa. Para mí, la mejor forma de trabajarlos es en circuito! La región abdominal es altamente oxigenada, por eso notas que se recuperan más rápido que cualquier otro musculo. Ejercitándolos en circuito reduces el tiempo de tu rutina y de descanso, quemas más calorías y garantizas el fallo muscular de los abdominales!

I live in a love hate relationship with my abs. I hate working them out, but I definetly love seeing them. Don´t waste your time doing a bunch of reps! Treat your abs like any other muscle, work on them often, from different angles and with different excercises. Remember it doesn't matter how hard you do abs, if you don't have your diet and cardio on check you will never be able to see them. My go to routine for abs is in circuit manner. Our ab región is highly oxynade, making them a fast recovery muscle. Circuit training allows me to reduce my time in the gym and resting time, burn more calories and reach muscle failure. 💪5 set circuit 30 segs rest at the end of each round. -Rope crunch 15 reps
