First condition check in for the British Finals. 8 weeks out and 104.7kg, needing to stay around the 100kg mark for the category and managed to put on a fair amount of new tissue in the rebound. Even plagued by injuries there were PB's on every big lift (bench press 160 for 4, shoulder press 140 for 3, full depth squat 210 for 1 just to name a few) and gained where I wanted to without putting on too much body fat. Now the first phase of depletion phases start tomorrow and I'll taper/adjust on a bi-weekly basis to suit the way I react. Going for an old school approach this time so I'm keeping the thyroid and peptides out unless completely necessary but they're too unreliable and I've been coming in flat or overspilled the last few times due to this. Thermogenics will also be out unless needed and gonna drop any watery Chems and blast as high as I can while trying to hold onto my 3 strands 👴🏻. Aiming for full and dry at 99.9kg.
