WOW! I started teaching group fitness 13 years ago today for 24 hour fitness! This is my 4th pregnancy as a group fitness instructor and many of the wonderful people who take my class have been with me for all 4 of them. I don’t do this for the money I do it because I love fitness and I love motivating people to be the strongest versions of them selves they can be. I am inspired every class by the members they push me as much as I push them. Here’s to another 13 years! 💪🏋️♀️ #24strong#gxi#fitnessinstructor#24hourfitness

Back to normal posts now! Technically I already shared this one in my side by side for Cohen, but here it is on its own. It was a joy to bring Cohen back, even if I struggled to fit into that waistcoat! Here I am, accidentally blocking both War Panda and Pixie Styxx (I do apologise!) When you work a 60-hour workweek, hold a meeting in front of 22 producers, teach 7 dance classes in 5 days, and drop the mic at the end of an interview, you toot your own horn. 📣 Excuse me, but... Beep, beep! #thisBaeSlay
So honored to be named South Seattle District 8 GXI of the month for December!! 🙌🏼🎉 Come join me tomorrow morning if you are free and in the #253 - RIPPED class 1030-1130am at @24hourfitness Tacoma club!😍
"Grand UPPAH!" Here's my latest cosplay: Axel Stone from Streets of Rage! Sarah and I decided to do a duo cosplay from this Sega classic! We based ours on the first game's look, thats why I've got the chunky gauntlets and black gloves. Imagine Axel without the muscles and that's close to what I looked like! The gauntlets were a real rush job, so maybe I'll remake them. But they did their job for the day. Photo credit to Share Dressed Program GO➡
"A moth shall become...a butterfly!" I was called; a gangster, Gomez Addams, The Artist, as well as many others. Sander Cohen is an underrated chatacter from the Bioshock series and I was hyped to finally be him, first at MCM NI 2016 and then again at GXI 2017! Most of the clothing is normal stuff I owned anyway. Formal shirt, bow tie, formal trousers, waistcoat and shoes. The floral pin is a pink ladies hairclip that I painted. The mask is a cat mask covered in paper mache and turned into his signature black and gold bunny mask. Thankfully his makeup isn't too complex! The most difficult part is the hair. It takes five different kinds of products to slick it back completely. All in an effort to make myself look more like a homosexual 40 something insane artist living in an underwater dystopian alternate 1960. As you do.
"Cohen's an artist, says some. He's a Section Eight, says I. I've seen all kinds of cutthroats, freaks, and hard cases in my life, but Cohen, he's a real lunatic, a dyed-in-the-wool psychopath…" Have a Prisma'd version of my Sander Cohen, little moths! Sweet dreams! 😂
