💔SO THIS HAPPENED💔.
Yesterday I posted about how much of a shit day that I had and that was actually what it was...💩💩💩💩💩💩.
So if you've been watching my Instagram story you'll know I hurt my foot on Friday whilst training, after working all weekend and not being able to put up with the pain anymore on Monday I went to the doctors...
They sent me for an X-Ray and then they sent me to a physiotherapist.
Whilst talking about what they think had happened to my foot they told me that training was out of bounds for a minimum of 6 weeks and if it feels better before that then only light exercise, I was then given a crutch and told to rest it until I get my results from my X-Ray and I receive a letter from my physiotherapist.... GREAT.
Guys, girls, I cried. Seriously felt shit, in that moment I realised how much fitness actually meant to me😂. How it was basically my life as I do nothing else that I enjoy other than training. Which also made me realise that I need to start doing other things I love to, instead of just training.
But overall, I was gutted... .
So as of right now they are still unsure whether I have a fractured foot or whether it is just in fact soft tissue damage, either way if you see me for the next few weeks, I can't walk very fast and it's a struggle, wish me luck!😂😂
