TIPS

Create an arch in the foot.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
External torque, driving the knees out but making sure they still fall over the feet.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Soft knees but break at the hips.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Core activation, keeping it tight whilst still being able to breathe.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Hand placement and alignment on the bar is important. If you don't put them in the same spot on the bar you will load the bar onto your back wonky.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Placement of the bar. Instead of resting the bar on your traps, try to go an inch down and pull it into your trap. This can depend on shoulder mobility also, keeping elbows under the bar will help you keep your chest as high as possible which will aid you in not leaning too far forward which can put stress on your lower back.

The walk out. 3 small steps is all you need save that energy.

Breathing into your stomach and holding your breath until you ascend back up then go again.

It’s a lot to think about at first, but once you grasp those things, it will just become a pattern to you and will take roughly about 5 seconds.

Welcome back to another edition of shit Squats... Continue to have crap form... I know I’ve come along way far as strength but that doesn’t mean a damn thing if my form continues to suck ass... 🤬

First set 225 (roughly 70%) for 3 sub par reps. Then 265 (roughly 80%) for 3 more sub par reps. Then ended with an AMRAP at 295 (roughly 90%), was supposed to get at least a minimum of 3 reps & I could only 2 reps with shit depth... 🤬
