The restaurant flies in well-crafted cheeses from France each week. Caprice also has one of the most diverse and impressive curated wine lists to boast. The wine pairings are always flawless, compliments to the head sommelier.
This year, chef Guillaume Galliot joined the two-Michelin starred restaurant as Chef de Cuisine. Caprice is well-geared to reclaiming its three Michelin stars in 2018.
