Been way too long since we’ve had the deliciousness that is @guerrillatacos. Excellent meal as always, this morning.
1. Hamachi tostada (raw tomatillo chile, white miso, nori paste, furikake, herbs, gooseberries).
2. Lamb albondigas (morita chile, tomato confit, micro herbs, chipotle crema).
3. Chicken with green mole (aged cheddar, pickled onions, chives).
4. Sweet potato (almond chile, feta, fried corn, scallions).
5. Shrimp quesadilla (burnt tomato chile, pickled onions, Oaxacan cheese, avocado, market greens, blood sausage).
Can’t wait until they open their brick & mortar!
