Past (Part 3 of 3)
Almost 60 years ago, in 1959, the DB4 GT was an homologation special, highly evolved from the series production DB4 on which it was based. The DB4 GT won its racing debut at Silverstone, with Stirling Moss behind the wheel. Throughout its racing successes battling against Ferrari and Jaguar, the DB4 GT strengthened Aston Martin’s position as makers of world-beating GT cars.
The DB4 GT could be considered one of the most successful GT8’s predecessors in Aston Martin’s history.
The one in this picture is the only Road Legal version of the 25 DB4 GT Continuation cars recently produced by @astonmartinworks
