The patience and pure willpower alone that it has taken me to grow these it kinda amazing. I'm terrible at growing things. I'm never home and I'm a terrible consistent plant water. Aka don't ask me to house sit.....ever. But with a little luck and a whole lot of impatient staring, I have successfully bloomed my pepper plants. They are tiny but they shall grow 💚💚💚 I feel like the next step in an hopeful Chef is really finding where your food comes from and how it comes to be. Peppers today, tomorrow a raised garden bed. Babysteps.
My husband just called to say 1. He will be home early and 2. What's for dinner? 3. He's hungry! A quick pick of the veggie garden = vegan Napoletana with 🍅basil, oregano, and parsley two ways. And I'm going to try dōTERRA oregano essential oil for the first time. Exciting! #organic#vegan#veggies#healthy#realfood#growyourdinner
Happening in the Villano Homestead Kitchen. Aged Gouda and Chianti. Tony's awesome meatballs - a blend of spicy Italian sausage, pork and beef - baked in the oven and finished on the grill. Tanya's sauce made with everything from this year's garden - even the garlic! #growyourdinner#homesteadkitchen
