Second week back squatting without any knee pain. We were back in the lab this week, working sets on squats consisted of a 5x5 @ 225. I immediately had to head over to bench because there was only 15 minutes left in the gym. Decided to go with 160 instead of 165-170 due to fear of me not finishing my 6 sets of 3. But we made it through. #labwork#virusintl btw these tights are dummy comfortable.
