Leg day today was simple. Like I said before my time has been short for workouts and my energy has been waaaaay low. This past week I took a couple days off working out and when I was in the gym, they were light weight movements or circuits. Today was the first day I felt close to normal again and thought, how about some hypertrophy work? (Don’t mind my little note where I called myself out 😂😅)
On a side note, who has started the year off strong with their workouts? 🙌🏻 I want this to be the year where people actually stick to their plans to workout and get healthy instead of drop out a few weeks or months in.
