Day18 check-in of #28dayjumpstart At work trying to hydrate with my lemon-ginger hot water. My food was another #spinachandfetawrap like I posted the other day, and my lunch is the same spinach salad I posted yesterday. Won't bore you with repeat posts.⬇️Scroll down if you need to see them😊 In a bad way, still trying to get myself better, my knee still is funky, my body feels better today though, just feeling school pressure because I fell behind a little this week so my head isn't right. My goal is to #crushmycardio after work and catch up on the #fgg workouts from Tues and Wed. Likely having #growedupgirlcheese for dinner.
