Paper plates because I'm lazy tonight. I just want to say that the Growed Up Girl Cheese is freaking delish.
Today ended up being a rough day with my workout and I had to split it in half. It's kind of infuriating to feel like you're getting stronger and then to have you body be like "Yeah no" and quit. I also need to find my wrist brace now.
All in all, I feel like I'm doing good on this plan. I'm getting better at meal planning, which if I must admit I really hate in the moment. Later I'm super happy that I did it (Seriously, dividing up fruit by serving size and chopping everything at once is a hassle...until a few days later when you need a snack or you're on a time crunch and then it's a "THANK YOU PAST ME")). Here's to hoping I learn and keep some good habits.
