This training session will focus on building strength with weights, cable exercises, sled pushing, TRX, weighted machines and more! This is like a personal training session you would get in a gym, in a group setting! Learn traditional ‘gym ‘ style strength training and how to use equipment properly 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
