I love to show people the benefits of fitness and that you should enjoy yourself when exercising. There will be a struggle along the way but enjoying the type of fitness you are performing, in my opinion, not only produces the best results for your body, but for your mental health”.

I love spending time with my family, friends and clients! Although it takes effort for me to “get up and go” , I ALWAYS have fun and am so happy to have done whatever it was that was planned. We did the ShopRite of Hunterdon 5k Race for Hunger on Sunday, and while it was hot, it was a great feeling to do it with my team! Here we are before and after, still smiling ! Thank you to @vivianvliet for putting our team together and thank you to @alisonaccettola (and the other who are not on IG or FB) for running! And before I forget..thanks to the fiancé and husband who came out in support! .. Thanks to Shop Rite Of Hunterdon for putting on another successful event for an important cause. ..
