Getting AMP'D today with these awesome instructors was a blast ! I was a little worried they would not like or think the workout/format I created was a little too easy but pretty sure we all almost crawled out the door today!! I love love teaching group fitness - going on year 14 and will never stop .. I feel like it's part of my identity 🙈. It's addicting and I love the people I meet , love pushing others out of their limits and love the unity everyone has for each other where we all support and cheer each other on. It's such a happy hour literally ! ▶️I teach AMP'd every Wednesday 945 am @mountainsidefit Gilbert. It's 2/3 cardio 1/3 hiit and literally we do not stop for the hour!! The workout is always different yet a total body strength and endurance challenge. I promise you'll leave feeling like every muscle is exhausted yet feeling accomplished and strong! 2 minute cardio burst med ball slams ( don't stop!!)
10 Pulses always
BOSU Push-ups (No breaks until you are done 3rd round)
Finish with this cardio burst
2 minutes BOSU Jump Squat to Burpee (Do a jump Squat on Burpee, jump back off bosu straight into a Burpee)
Now go get AMP'd!
