Hey! Know what is crazy?! Even me, your coach, your trainer, your group fitness leader changes programs! Tomorrow is 2 weeks into my bulking and nutrition plan. I am training myself right now, but tomorrow will be weigh in and pictures to decide if that will stay that way. It is easy to coach other people and tell them what is best with the the knowledge and education I have, but it is hard to coach myself, especially nutrition wise. I know my weakness, I am a perpetual under eater, it is overcoming it. So I have to track, or I will not eat. The first step in my journey is admitting and being aware of this issue. I am excited to check in tomorrow to see if my hard work has been paying off! Sometimes the coach needs help too! I know the steps to my goals, it is if I will follow them!
