How much #flaxseed should I take a day to #loseweight?

Well, a normal daily serving is about 2 full tablespoons per 100 pounds of body weight; that's about 20 grams and - amazingly - just 90 calories. So for example, if you weigh 150 pounds eat 3 full tablespoons... If you weigh 180 pounds, use about 3.5 - 4 full tablespoons of #groundflaxseed.

After our run, I made power pancakes using a new formula:

4 small bananas
2 tsp ground flaxseed
1 cup Quaker oats
1 scoop body fortress banana flavored whey protein powder
1 scoop body fortress cinnamon flavored whey protein
2 tsp avocado oil

That's a 2 serving recipe which I shared with Tay and one of my daughters had the remaining one. The Shred Igniter I drank separately in 8oz of cold water.

I've been making a smoothie for breakfast every morning for 3 years now. It's not gotten boring yet!
