Programming is the most important product a CF box serves. Programming should NOT BE RANDOM! Some questions to consider when programming for a group:
1. Who are the people in your box?
2. What do your people need? Abilities? Strengths? Weaknesses?
3. More importantly, what are their current goals?
4. Is your program allowing progression towards improvement?
5. Or is it a random, varied melting pot of various movements, occasional strength (no real system or method), benchmarks and ‘intense’ workouts thrown together?
