#Day #26 For a long time I have been looking for motivation to go to the gym and workout. it was always good because I knew what to do when I was motivated but overtime I came to learn that motivation can not be enough. motivation most of the time is not reliable because you can’t always be motivated all the time whether you love what you do or not. Nobody is that perfect. So the question comes, what do you do when you’re not motivated and what do you have to have when you do not have motivation. it took me 5 years of training, days and nights, to figure out that one thing that is better than motivation and you have to have is discipline. Motivation means you do task when you are motivated, discipline is when you do something whether you feel like it or not. Whether I feel like it or not, I run my miles everyday, I climb my stairs everyday, lift my weights everyday and I work my hardest everyday.
