🍑5,3,1,3,5 back squats 🍑4x8 rdl's Lady in the street but a freak in the gym💪🏽 #flexfriday . . . I train legs twice a week; Tuesday is quad dominant and Friday is glute/ham dominant. These are my favorites from today!!
