When my 7yr old came home from school and announced he wanted to change his name because no one (including his teachers) could say it correctly, I immediately sympathized. (I mean, who doesn't ❤️ the sound of their name being announced correctly - be it in gym class or the doctor's office?)
Help make patients feel massively significant simply by learning the proper pronunciation of their name.
And if you have a tough name like mine, do what you can to make it easier for others to get it right. 🤓
