Wanna include more greens and protein into your diet?🍃 Try this delicious green smoothie/chia combo 💚 This sweet and refreshing brekkie will keep you full, nourished, and satisfied for hours thanks to the complete 🌱 protein, healthy fats, and fiber 💪🤗
First made the chia pudding by mixing 2 Tbsp chia seeds with 1/2 cup walnut milk and 1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder, and let it sit for about 10 minutes to gel. You can add a dash of natural sweetener if you wish. For the green smoothie I used:
🍃2 cups of green chard (or spinach)
🍃1 ripe banana
🍃1/2 cup pineapple
🍃1-inch piece of fresh ginger.
🍃2 Tbsp hemp hearts.
🍃1 tsp moringa powder.
🍃1 cup coconut water.
Layered the smoothie on top of the chia pudding, garnished with fresh strawberries, goldenberries, pecans and more hemp hearts 💚👌 Happy hump day 💕
