On the left is 4 years ago today when I was depressed completely and felt like I was losing at everything, I was in a bad spot and you can tell I was unhealthy in more ways than one. Now on the right is me today. You can see how much happier and healthy I am compared to those days. I will never go back to letting depression control my life and who I am. I still have a long way to go, but I'm proud of the work I've put into myself and everything I'm doing to become a better man now.
Some good ole box jumps to increase fast twitch musculature in the legs and hips. Explosiveness is key here as well as flexibility. 45" #box here. It feels good to have my legs capable of this again after a strong #leg#workout.
