I was feeling overwhelmed earlier and could not slow down my mind. I decided it's time for Lemon Balm tea, an apple, a banana, the sun and the light breeze. A lot of long and slow breaths to realign. It took a little but all these things helped. All this healing is teaching patience with myself. It is something I really give freely to others but not me. It's time to have compassion for myself!
