I love preparing meals and snacks for when my schedule is busy. 🥄My yogurt pot contains homemade granola, a handful of chopped strawberries, a handful of mixed nuts and a coconut and soya yogurt. Packed with protein to keep my full and vital vits and minerals from the nuts and seeds.
Homemade granola is so simple and most of the time you don't even need to measure ingredients. I used 4 cups of jumbo oats, 1 cup of peanuts and chopped mixed nuts, 1 cups of mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame and chia), half a cup of raisins and goji berries, 4 tbsp melted coconut oil, 1 tbsp almond butter and 2 tbsp of honey! Squashed down into a lined baking tray and in the oven for 15 minutes. Leave it to cool in the tray to get more of those crunchy clusters!
You can use any kinda of dried fruit, nuts and seeds! 🙌🏼
