Raise your hand if you got your Monday sweat on 💪🏻💦 This morning I am sharing 5 of my favorite tips to staying motivated and keeping my fitness & nutrition in check! 👉🏻
1.Plan workouts out in advance! Knowing when I have commitments allows me to schedule workouts around things I need to do. Some days I can get in a morning workout, while other days I have to go later. 💯 BUT planning them out let’s me know when I’m going and what I’m doing when I get there!
2.Get cute workout clothes! I always have an awesome workout when I feel a lil cute in the gym. Lulu, Target, & Under Armour are my fav. 👟
3.Prep an awesome breakfast to have after! Oatmeal, eggs, pancakes, etc. all get me HYPE to come home and eat them. 🍳🥞
4.Start a workout plan! I do @kayla_itsines bbg because it keeps me in a routine and presents me from doing only cardio or wandering around the gym. 👙
5. Make a fitness insta! I love my insta because it’s SO motivating to follow other badass babes and see them killing it in the gym & eating healthy food. It’s a fun way to stay accountable to your fitness routine 📸
