Woke up this morning feeling content with myself. I m not purfect, my diet is not purfect, my trainings are not perfect, but i am giving my best day by day in order to better myself.💪
Yesterday i felt the need to take a small break from social media so i didn.t post anything. However, this was my first meal yesterday.
I had a fruit salad with 1 banana, 1 tangerine and one green apple, with 25grams of peanut butter. ❤️😋
I.m really happy with my diet, my bloating is gone and i feel like i m on my way. I still need some more water and less cheating from my meals. But overall, i am happy with my progress.🙏
Apart from sweets i don.t really stray from my goals..but i swear to god...i have a damned stubborn sweet tooth😂😂
