На завтрак сегодня блинчики с печенью трески. Пока жду добавки с айхерба, пытаюсь больше забрать витамина Д из еды, поэтому часто ем жирную рыбу или печень. Блинчики получились отличными, подойдут как для соленых начинок, так и сладких. В тесте 2 яйца, 1 ст ложка кокосовой муки с горкой, 1 ст ложка муки из грецкого ореха(поэтому такой ореховый цвет), немного воды и соли. Выпекала на кокосовом масле. Voici la liste des ingrédients / mes quantités et les macros :
▶️Pour la pâte / pain 🍞 : (mélange le tout dans un récipient puis enfourner 20 minutes dans un four pré-chauffé à 200°, puis 10 minutes avec la garniture) 🔸70g de farine de patate douce bio @nutripurefr (P: 3.2g, G: 47.9g, L: <0.4g, 240kcal)
🔸45g de poudre d'amande bio (P: 9.4g, G: 3.9g, L: 22.6g, 258kcal)
🔸190g d'oeuf bio (P: 23.9g, G: 2.1g, L: 20.2g, 295kcal)
🔸35g d'huile d'olive bio (P: 0g, G: 0g, L: 35g, 309kcal)
▶️Pour le coulis : (cuire les tomates et les poivrons dans de l'eau puis les mixer avec un peu d'agar agar) 🔸460g de tomates rustique bio (noir de crimée) (P: 4g, G: 12.4g, L: <0.9g, 83kcal)
🔸130g de poivron rouge bio (P: 1.3g, G: 5.1g, L: <0.4g, 40kcal)
▶️La garniture :
▪️Pour l'anchoïade : (mixer le tout, et rajouter au moment de servir) 🔸130 d'anchois sauvage (la ils étaient fumés donc trop salés, dommage, à prendre frais le prochain coup ^^) (P: 37.6g, G: 0g, L: 12.6g, 273kcal)
🔸Une gousse d'ail ▪️Et le reste :
🔸100g d'aubergines bio (P: 1g, G: 2.9g, L: <0.2g, 25kcal)
🔸40g de poivron jaune bio (P: 0.4g, G: 2.2g, L: <0.1g, 11kcal)

Au total pour cette pizza (pour 2 personnes) on a un totale de 1534 kcal, 80.8g de protéines, 76.5g de glucides dont 35.6g de sucre et 24.3g de fibres, et 92.4g de lipides dont 3.3g d'Oméga 3, 12.5g d'Oméga 6 (rapport 1/4), 53.9g de monoinsaturés et 16.2g de saturés.
Attention la cette version est beaucoup trop salée, 5000mg de sodium soit deux fois la dose tolérable par jours (moi qui mange presque sans sel, ouh la claque ^^). Donc je vous conseil de la diviser par 2 ou par 3 pour pas trop exploser vos macros.
À part ça, elle a un petit goût de provence et j'aime bien ^^. First time trying their Pork Ribeye Steak and I wasn't disappointed. Nicely chargrilled. The other thing I do enjoy about @isteaksdiner is their vast variety of #lowcarb sides for our picking. Don't waste your time on the mushroom sauce though. Tasted very processed and would've ruined the meat if it was poured over it.

It was definitely a surprise to discover this rather good international #buffet where almost everything tasted great. I especially enjoyed their roast meats like their chicken, duck and pork that were cooked perfectly. Loved that they used this cheese mixing bowl for our DIY caesar salad. Wouldn't mind coming back again! 👍

I love this book (e-book) so much. It's easy to understand and gave me the information I need. Make me understanding more about ketogenic.
