All jokes aside losing weight actually improved a specific part of my life drastically and that was sleep. See the fat around my neck caused me to have sleep apnea when I was obese. Since I have lost the weight I no longer suffer from it and I have a much higher quality of sleep.

Feeling a bit small right now on low carbs, not as full as I would like to be, gonna start reverse dieting soon and will prob just maintain for 3-4 months to let my body recover from bulk and cut cycles.

Just finished up the second day of my new Upper/Lower powerbuilding program. My strength since the show is coming back pretty quickly.

Simple style tips!

Long style shirts are great but are often loose in the chest and arm area which are areas you want to be fitted. Not too snug but fitted is good. (They also usually come in bigger sizes and have a bigger fit so don't be scared to try on a size you're not used to fitting)
.
Jeans too baggy at the end? Introduce the pin roll. Fold your pant into itself before you roll it up. This creates a tapered look to any pant and can be a life saver!
.
From here adding layers just improves your look. Compliment colours and layer up with a bomber jacket, sweater, or coat.
.
Add accessories like a @mvmt watch (discount code dannygetsfit15) to complete a look. Try and match band to the shoes or belt you are wearing if going for a more business casual look. If street wear then just match your band to the colours you're wearing.

After hitting 40lbs in 3 months it’s hard to keep going with the same fire! I need to set small goals, which is how I lost the first 40lbs. So 3 lbs this week is the goal! 👏
