I tried so many times to lose weight before I was successful, the difference was that when things got hard I kept going. When things slipped up I got re focused.

Just want to give a shout to my close friend @trevorsfitness . He commented on one of my pics like 2 years ago and we have been friends even since, crazy thing is he ended up only living like 10 minutes from me. This guy puts in work everyday to get his goals! He's competing in July for his first show and he's gonna kill it! Go check out his page and give him a follow!

To be honest when I first started getting hate for gaining some weight back it was really hard to deal with. It affected my mindset a ton and created some bad thoughts and habits.
.
But through support from certain people and learning as time goes on I've grown to not let it bother me as much. .
When it comes down to it it's simply weight gain. I'm not unhealthy, I don't feel crappy, and I've grown a lot of muscle during this time.
.
So those struggling try your best to stay focused and leave those people behind. You'll bounce back better then ever. Like I will soon

When you're out of data and your internet provider is down.... you go to the gym and use their Wi-Fi....but then they also don't have wifi.....so you use your own data even though you are out of data. Gotta do it for the gram πŸ˜…

Woke up at 163.4 this morning! Tomorrow will be my first week done in keto! It has been working but believe me when I say I do not recommend it for everyone. It's a struggle to eat all the meals I do including drinking olive oil straight. It's not the keto everyone knows it's a specific keto geared towards bodybuilders. Saying that I hope everyone has a great Saturday!

In 4 weeks a lot can change! Been busy putting in that work to get leaner by the day. I will be shredded by the summer this I guarantee!

I am still here, working hard. This week I celebrated my 17 year anniversary! I had an amazing weekend with my husband! On my way home we ate at a Thai restaurant and I got food poisoningπŸ˜‘! Yet the worst is that my uncle past away. So with all of that going on posting wasn't on my top to do list! I am feeling much better and was able to work out two days in a row!!! When ur about to shower and u catch a glimpse of yourself in the mirror..lol jk! Day 2 of Keto is almost done! Just need 1 more meal and call it a night! Very happy with my progress so far..just gotta take it a day at time like anything else. Hopefully one day I can help more people realize that weightloss is possible and it's not difficult just takes dedication and commitment

Been an awesome week so far but the last few weeks have been pretty stressful. Why? I answer that question in tommorow YouTube video.

Otherwise I've been eating much better this week and it's definitely making me feel motivates get lean for the summer. I couldn't be in a better place mentally for that.

So this next week I'm doing a deload.

I haven't had a break from the gym in like almost 2 years and a deload is a great way to let your body repair without fully missing days at the gym.

I'm doing this to fully rest my body before the prep starts in May with coach @patrickamac .
My official prep doesn't start until August but I want to get much leaner before then so a lot of the work out of the way.
.
The first 90 days me and @patrickamac will be developing a program for people to follow with us if they wish. It will also comes with an invite to a private Facebook group so everyone can support each other. We will also be answering questions in this group and posting updates.
.
So stoked to start getting lean again. Let's do this πŸ’ͺπŸ’―

There is about a 1.5 year and 7lb difference between these two photos but I have made some drastic improvements.
.
How did I grow more muscle mass? By being in a caloric surplus for an extended period of time.(keep the surplus low to reduce fat gain ie. 100-200 calories over maintenance) Sure both of my bulks have been rough, but I've learned a ton about myself. I've learned that I definitely still have some addiction to food and I learned I can still eat like a truck if I want to πŸ˜…
.
But despite gaining fat during these times I also worked my booty off in the gym. I have missed very little days when it comes to the gym and I've pushed hard
.
I'm not excusing my actions by any means rather I'm trying to show you all that mistakes are ok and normal. They are learning opportunities as well as opportunities to grow. Don't waste time hating yourself for it, just do the most work you can. Like @obese_to_beast says
