PROTEIN POWDER FACTS AND MYTHS .
MYTH 1. Protein powder will help you burn fat and build muscle....
FACT -although a higher protein diet is correlated with weightloss and or muscle gain, no certain brand or flavour of whey protein is going to achieve this for you just by drinking a shake.
When paired with a proper diet and training routine then these things will occur but they can be done without any protein powder at all. But protein powder can make the process easier, cheaper, and more convenient.
MYTH 2. Protein Powder isn't as good as real food so don't have it too often.....
FACT -having too much of anything is bad but to say protein powder isn't real food is false. While there are some brands out there full of chemicals and fillers(Legion doesn't have any fillers or any artificial sweeteners or colours), whey protein powder is derived from milk making it a complete protein and food. For people eating a high protein diet it can be very difficult to get protein in. I do recommend trying your best to eat other foods but finishing off your protein with a few scoops of whey will not harm you and in fact is way better off then not hitting your protein goal at all.

Whey+. My favorite flavours are Cookies and Cream, and Chocolate Peanut Butter. They also have a Vegan protein for those who are on a Vegan diet or maybe want a protein that is easier on the stomach.
