✨ I get it some of you claim that you don’t have time to exercise.... && the best excuse ever ... I spend the most of my day on my feet so I don’t have to workout. .

It can be hard to motivate yourself to exercise if you’re not in a positive mindset. If you can’t see the benefits of exercise then why should you work out? And do you need to work out if you spend all day on your toes?

YES of course you do! You might even find that it’s getting difficult to lose weight despite being on your feet all day. That’s because your body eventually reaches a “steady-state”. It adjusts to the workload and tries hard to conserve energy! .
This doesn’t mean you have to spend hours in the gym to lose weight. In fact you can lose weight by doing HIIT. 🔥🔥 HIIT is tough. It’s not meant to be easy. But it’s effective for burning fat 👙 and increasing your aerobic and anaerobic endurance! 🏃🏻‍♀️ it takes a great deal of determination to sustain the level of output required to succeed. While doing a HIIT session you should be going all out. If you can still hold a conversation then you should know you’re not going to your full capacity. It will feel uncomfortable, and you will want to give in. Don’t give up. Because there’s nothing worse than the feeling of regret - knowing that you could put that extra 10% effort in! .

That is a picture of a facebook memory on the left and yesterday on the right lol... I was never overweight just a little chubbier then I liked.
I also just remember my mindset then, I was lost and broken in so many places.

The fb memory picture was probably one of my happiest days then, that I had experienced in a long time. I remember dancing that night away.

Fitness to me is so much more than losing weight it is and will always be peace of mind throughout my toughest days.

Life is not perfect now, but when I remind myself to get up and workout anyways. I am basically forcing myself to never give up or in to the pressures of life.

I will continue on this beautiful journey adding to it different healthy ways of living.
