Squats and bench are done for this block. Rep PR on both the comp and touch n go bench. Pleased with the progress and looking foward to what I can put on the board at @viking_brothers_strength_gym Viking Cup in November.

Current body weight is 87.2kg, so right on track for 90kg class. De-load next week, then peak block begins.

New PR’s on all 3 lifts sorry for the bad angles😂 Hit a smooth 405 on squats (with heels). Then hit a decently paused bench @245. To finish it I hit 445. I would have maxed out on dead’s on the same day but i ran out of time at the gym lmao I hit that squat 1 minute before they closed, came back the next day and hit dead’s haha
