#TransformationTuesday 7 months worth of work. Getting that lower stomach/love handle fat to come off is one of the toughest spots to see results in, mainly because people give up from not seeing results as quickly as they'd like to in that area. There is a reason everyone says "you can't out work a bad diet" cause it's true. I used to think that as long as I was in the gym, and didn't "eat fast food everyday" I'd be good. Wrong. I had to cut out almost everything in order to have the diet I needed to do this. Meal plans are expensive, but worth every penny in my opinion. Especially if one of the things that's holding your diet back is that you just don't have the time to cook,...get on a meal plan and watch your diet life become sooo much easier to manage. I stopped spending hundreds of dollars at a normal grocery store and started investing that money into an all organic meal plan diet. Now, let me be clear on something. Supplements, Diet, and CONSISTENTLY working out 5-7 days a week is how this got done. Take any one of those things away, and this doesn't happen as quickly, that much I can promise you. If you're not seeing the results you want, it's on you. Fitness is a commitment, and it's something that if you don't marry, you won't get what you need/want from it. Just remember there is no "magic" anything in fitness, just tons of hard work, and dedication. So if you're looking for a short cuts, I hate to break it to you, but they don't exists. Not real ones at least. You wanna look different naked? 3 words.
