We took a road trip with Taryn to the Warwick Farmers Market last Sunday to see what produce is available in June and how any Farmers Market is filled with “simple, nutritious and vitamin enriched choices." Taryn explored each stand, and gathered ingredients to make this quick delicious lunch but beyond her recipe (below), the Sussex and Orange County areas are filled with Farmers Markets. Almost any day of the week, one is scheduled. Warwick’s is Sunday from 9am to 2pm.
