If there is anything you realize about Agra, India, especially the Taj Mahal is that people are going to be in the shot no mater what, so just go with it.
Another thing you realize once you enter the gates and finally get a glimpse of the Taj Mahal is the insane amount of detail that has gone into everything. Everything is perfect, everything has a place, and everything points to the center where Mumtaz Mahal lays at rest to this day. It was commissioned by Shah Jahan in 1631, to be built in the memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal, a Persian princess who died giving birth to their 14th child. This is what makes it even more impressive, is that it was all done by hand and finished in 1643, which was 375 years ago.
I am not really one for architecture, but I couldn't help but walk around this place in awe. This photo is probably one of the best examples that I captured of how everything lined up from the outer edges to the center. Enjoy..
