Standing Calf Raises super setting with Body Weight Calf Raises
1. Standing Calf Raises Machine (10 reps)
2. Regular Body Weight Calf Raises (10 reps)
3. Complete both exercises then rest (30 seconds) repeat 10 times.
Tips on perfecting your form💥Get
comfortable on machine ensuring toes are on
the edge on the Calf stand. Slow negatives on
these 4 second drop and explode to the top of
the rep and hold for 4 seconds. Feel the burn.
