Did a single at 315 tonight then tripled it, that's a PR. "Go again." Bench is feeing pretty smooth. I'm a lot further at this point now than I was last meet prep. Story time. Felt good going into training today, worked up to 455 for triples and 475 for some singles in sleeves then started my wrapped work with 525, typically easy weight and planned on a double or triple. Went up walked out went down fell forward and bailed on it.
