Chest pump was real! Focusing on firing off those muscle fibers during each rep really exhausts the fibers and provides you with the ability to gain a solid pump. Once you've learned the ability to contract the muscles, you can practice flexing them which increases responsiveness and better ability to contract them. Better contractions equals better lifts and better damage!

Today's accessories after my deadlifts. Was supposed to do 2 sets of 7 (350lbs) but the second set was 6 cuz it hurt and I forgot how to count lol. I thought it was squat day so I brought the wrong shoes. Oh well been having a rough week outside if the gym and I was just happy to be there training and doing what I love. #strongerthanyesterday

13 days out from the gym due to terrible exercise accommodations from my vacation and a car accident preventing me from going Monday and Tuesday due to whip lash. I'm fine if anyone's wondering, doc says my meaty chest saved me from any fractures 😳. Sore collar bone in my left side and inner chest is experiencing some minor aches from impact along with a scrape/burn mark on my left hip from friction. Today I made up for Monday which is international chest day. The goal was to attain the pump and work that squeeze for every rep. Needless to say it was a pretty good session. 2.5 hours of smashing weights. Did maybe about 75% max weights as to not irritate anything left over from the accident.
