Our sessions are getting more and more intense! 😱😍 Defending yourself from multiple opponents... only this time, I had to do it continuously for THREE minutes. 😂😂😂 Sarap! Feel good kind of pain. 😭😂 First time I was that exhausted in a looooong time. Last time I remember was when our coaches made us do the 3-minute cheer dance routines 3x consecutively during rehearsals back in college pa! 😂
