These results didn’t happen from a wrap, pills or from sort of doing daily workouts and eating somewhat healthy.
When I began this journey I meal prepped and if we had somewhere to go I’d take my meals with me, yes even to family parties. I did my workouts daily. Yes there were times that I had cheat meals didn’t get a workout in but like in life not everything goes according to plan.
I didn’t give up just cause I skipped a workout Or cause I had something that wasn’t part of my meal plan. I just kept on track the following day.
I’ve officially reached that goal weight I’d given myself when I started this journey and that was the best feeling ever knowing that I didn’t give up on myself and all the work I’ve put in I’m where I originally wanted to be and now that I’m here I’m going to quit cause I’ve reached that goal no I have other areas I want to work on
