So thought I would share a few videos from last nights glute🍑/hamstring session with @danielle_rae_cooper ... I managaed to get a PB of 6 reps of 105kg on hipthrusts !! So proud !! Safe to say I'm feeling the burn in the booty today 👌🏻... all good though all good!! It was so nice training with my girl and pushing eachother .. plenty more sessions to come and PBs to hit .. my aim is for more reps before I move on to more weight👌🏻 p.s excuse my friends lovely recording in the last video😂

Quick squat/leg session before sprinting this afternoon. Squats 4x8 @ body weight followed by 15 step ups and 15 good mornings (2 sets). Feeling tight in my right quad so I'm going to roll it out until I have to go. (Was it a good idea to squat before sprinting/jumping drills? ...I shall see tomorrow 🤔😬)

Worked my whole body yesterday with a big body building session filled with lots of isolation exercises and supersets.

Wonderful Sunshine Morning My Love,
Five hours sleep after gigging last and I tried to talk myself out of going OR maybe going this afternoon! NO, I dragged my body to training. (Check my Instagram Story).



Crossfit Warm Up:
🔴 29 Burpees (I managed 20 while moaning). Don't ask me why not 30. I don't make the rules. 🔴Barbell Gymnastics.


Skill:
Dead Stop OHS (Over Head Squats (15mins)
3 - 3 - 3 = 20KG (not my best due to tiredness).


WOD: "Team Series 2017" in Partners.
Reps: 9 - 15 - 21
Synchronising Thrusters.
Synchronising Bar Facing Burpees.


My Weapon: 20KG
My partner Caro's Weapon: 10KG


We finished at: 11:22 Minutes. We will do better next time I'm sure of that. Great Team work.
