Rather than demonising certain foods and putting a ‘health halo’ on others - just remember (as @danprice_639pt so eloquently says) not every food needs to tick every weird metaphorical ‘health’ box. 💃💃💃 There’s room for all types of foods/strawberries in your diet.⠀

Butter beans or Lima beans has humble origins but is a hidden superfood ! -

For those that are worried about their protein intake - butter beans is a very healthy alternative to meat. 1/2 a cup of butter beans has 5 gm of protein and 1 gm of fat. It is the lower fat content as a proportion of fat that makes it a fantastic alternative to meat. -
It also is an amazing source of fibre. It has both soluble and insoluble fibre. The soluble fibre helps with regulating your gut health, while the insoluble fibre helps in emptying your bowls. It is a must have source of food for anyone looking to improve their gut health.

LOADED Greek Salad with Cauliflower Steaks 🌿✨🥩 for lunch before work tonight! 🙌🏻 after cutting the cauliflower i rubbed them with evoo, salt, pepper, dill, oregano and onion powder & threw in the oven at 425 for 30 min. also added chickpeas to the pan to bake till crispy ✨ the plate is filled with spring mix, radish, cucumber 🥒 golden yellow cherry tomatoes 🍅 avocado 🥑 quinoa, olives, capers, & then added some feta ✨ drizzled the cauli steaks with some tzatziki sauce i made with @chobani Plain Greek Yogurt, juice from half a lemon, 2 tbsp of olive oil, minced garlic, lots of dill, salt, pepper, and the secret ingredient - horseradish!! ✨🌿💛 this meal brought back memories to when i had @cava - uhg miss you come to RI!!

i heard a statistic that 98% of americans eat pizza. and i was part of the lonely 2% who didn't partake in the 🍕 party. and well, this is the first time I'm having something that resembles a pizza in about 12 year! 😊 cuz is it a pizza if there's no cheese and no gluten? 🤔 wellllll idk and I don't care cuz this was BOMB! 💣

So that’s it, another academic year over. Anyone else feel like time is going ridiculously fast at the moment?! Dip dip dip dip dippin’...we may not have made our own on hols but dips from the fridge and hot weather ☀️ go together like...Saz and dark chocolate?! 🍫 We’ve found some yum salsa and hummus to dunk all sorts of veggies in 🌶🥕🍆🥒🥗 at lunchtimes on hols.
