LOADED Greek Salad with Cauliflower Steaks 🌿✨🥩 for lunch before work tonight! 🙌🏻 after cutting the cauliflower i rubbed them with evoo, salt, pepper, dill, oregano and onion powder & threw in the oven at 425 for 30 min. also added chickpeas to the pan to bake till crispy ✨ the plate is filled with spring mix, radish, cucumber 🥒 golden yellow cherry tomatoes 🍅 avocado 🥑 quinoa, olives, capers, & then added some feta ✨ drizzled the cauli steaks with some tzatziki sauce i made with @chobani Plain Greek Yogurt, juice from half a lemon, 2 tbsp of olive oil, minced garlic, lots of dill, salt, pepper, and the secret ingredient - horseradish!! ✨🌿💛 this meal brought back memories to when i had @cava - uhg miss you come to RI!!
